How
do I order?
Online:
Complete our online order form. You will receive email confirmation
within 48 hours. If your order needs to be delivered within
48 hours, please order by phone.

How
far in advance do I place my order?
To
assure availability, we suggest you place your order as soon
as possible. Payment is not due until two weeks prior to delivery.
If you need something at the last minute, call and we will
do our best to accomodate you.
What
if I cancel or change my order?
You
may change your order at any time and you may cancel without
penalty right up until one week before delivery. Orders cancelled
within one week of delivery during peak season (July-Labor
Day) are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
When
is delivery?
We
deliver seven days a week between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Most equipment
is delivered by the early afternoon. You do not need to be
present for delivery.
If you would like an approximate time for delivery, please
call the day before or the morning of delivery and we will
be able to schedule a time.
If you will need a car seat at a specific time, we suggest
you have it delivered the day before you will need it and
picked up the day after you leave. There is no extra charge
for this convenience.
Where
will the equipment be upon our arrival?
If
we have access to the house we will set up the equipment inside
according to your wishes.
If the house is locked we will leave the equipment near the
back door or in a covered area, unless other arrangements
are made. In case of rain we have very large plastic bags.
If you arrive and find you have questions or need any help
with set up, please call us. Our local number is 508-696-6093.
Our full-sized cribs require no tools to set up, directions
are always provided, and it takes about five minutes.
In
what condition should I return the equipment?
We
will completely clean the equipment after your rental. We
do ask that you return the equipment wiped free of any crumbs.
Please clean any spills or accidents when they occur to prevent
permanent damage or stains to the equipment. You do not need
to wash the linens prior to pick up. To prevent mildew, please
do not place damp linens in a plastic bag. If you use our
beach chairs in salt water we request that you rinse the salt
off so they will remain in good condition. Thank you for your
help.
How
do I return the equipment?
Equipment
must be available for pick up at 9 a.m. If you leave before
pick up occurs, please leave the equipment where you found
it unless other arrangements have been made.
What
about Chappaquiddick?
Items may be left for delivery and pick up near the porch of the ferry house on the Edgartown side. Please call about rates for delivery to the Island of Chappaquiddick.
